The Rural Ability CBR Programme team is growing

Recruiting for the Community Disability Worker posts started early in April. Following interviews with 19 applicants, 9 were invited to participate in a two-week “Introduction to CBR” training programme. This interactive training programme provided an invaluable opportunity for applicants to gain a real understanding of what CBR is all about and also allowed the Programme Coordinator to choose the applicants best suitable for the role of Community Disability Workers for each of the 5 pilot areas.

A very warm welcome to our new recruits – Vuyiswa Mgudlwa, Tabisa Hlalendlini,  Nosiphiwe Magadule, Nomabali Mtshange and Buzeka Nkanunu.
